How do I sign up to TeamRetro?
Create your free TeamRetro account to get started. You can then subscribe to the relevant plan after your 30 day free trial. Want more information? Get in contact with us at info@teamretro.com.
What forms of payment do you accept, and what happens when my free trial ends?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Invoice-based payments are also available for Enterprise plans upon request. Upon trial conclusion, you can upgrade to a paid plan to continue using TeamRetro. If you choose not to subscribe, your actions and retrospectives will no longer be accessible, although we retain them for a limited period in case you decide to upgrade later.
Do team members need to create accounts?
Team members do not need to create TeamRetro accounts in order to participate in retrospectives.
What is the minimum subscription period?
The minimum subscription duration for TeamRetro is a month.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your account page after logging in. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do I have to purchase through a third party vendor?
No, you can purchase TeamRetro directly. We do support third party vendor purchases for approved vendors. See our third-party vendor purchasing guide for more information.
Does TeamRetro have an enterprise trial plan?

What training and onboarding can TeamRetro provide?
All customers are welcome to book a demo or meeting at any time. A member of the team will walk through an overview of the tool with you and answer any questions during this time.
