Create your free account here. You can then subscribe to the relevant plan after your 30 day free trial.

2. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Invoice-based payments can be requested for our enterprise plans.

3. What happens when my free trial ends?

When your free trial ends, you can upgrade to a paid plan to continue using TeamRetro. Your actions and retrospectives will no longer be accessible but we’ll keep them for a period in case you decide to subscribe.

4. Do team members need to create accounts?

Team members do not need to create TeamRetro accounts in order to participate in retrospectives.

5. What is the minimum subscription period?

The minimum subscription duration for TeamRetro is a month.

6. How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your account page after logging in. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

7. Do I have to purchase through a third party vendor?

No, you can purchase TeamRetro directly. We do support third party vendor purchases for approved vendors.

12. Does TeamRetro support EU hosting?

Yes, during your onboarding process, you can choose your preferred hosting region (US or EU).
Our EU servers are hosted on AWS in Frankfurt, Germany.

13. What currencies does TeamRetro support?

TeamRetro supports USD and EURO for all online subscriptions.

14. Does TeamRetro have an Enterprise Agreement?
