How do I cancel my ScatterSpoke subscription?
You can cancel a Pro or Business plan yourself under Settings → Billing in ScatterSpoke; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then the workspace moves to Free. Enterprise customers request cancellation through their account team.
Is it safe to use ScatterSpoke?
ScatterSpoke supports sign-in with Google, Microsoft or email, two-factor authentication and passkeys, with SSO as a paid add-on on Business and included on Enterprise. Its website and docs list no SOC 2 report or other security certification, and it asks teams to email it for a security review. ScatterSpoke's alternative – TeamRetro, is SOC 2 Type 2 and GDPR compliant and can be hosted in either the US or the EU on Amazon Web Services. Yes. Retrospective data can be migrated to TeamRetro, but you don't need a migration to get started: begin your next retro from a ready-made template you can customize and invite the team by link. From then on, open actions carry forward so nothing gets dropped.
