What is the Team Radar?

Visualise and track health dimensions using a Team Radar to easily spot areas of strength and areas for change. A radar captures each team member’s response to a health dimension and shows everyone the average and spread of responses.
Team Radar

TeamRetro lets you customise your radar dimensions and scales to fit. Track changes over time and see the impact of the changes being made.

Team Radar dimensions

The Team Radar model uses a set of common dimensions that teams can use to evaluate and discover the current health of the team, giving greater clarity as to what is driving the motivation and success of your team. For new teams, scrum masters and agile coaches, this provides an excellent starting point and can be adjusted to fit your team dynamics.

Team members individually respond on a default scale of 1-5. This will then be tallied to show you the average score as well as the spread along each dimension.
