No hassle with visualizing the data
The health check feature is just awesome. We've done them once in a while when our teams came together and it was always a pain to consolidate. Now I can pull this with a click at any given time. No hassle with visualizing the data or a boring introduction to new members.

A significantly better tool
A great tool we use at Riot is @TeamRetroHQ. My past teams always did retros in confluence or a whiteboard, which was ok but TeamRetro is a significantly better tool for facilitating discussions and tracking team health over time.
