Fun way to collect feedback after a sprint

My favorite thing about TeamRetro is that you can do it anonymously. People can share how they truly feel about how things went without having to be public. Our team works in sprints so every 2 weeks... We started using TeamRetro and not only does it save paper but it's a great way to view everyone's thoughts where you aren't struggling to read people's handwriting.

A great tool we use at Riot is @TeamRetroHQ. My past teams always did retros in confluence or a whiteboard, which was ok but TeamRetro is a significantly better tool for facilitating discussions and tracking team health over time.

I used TeamRetro for the first time with my team and I'm in awe about this product. It's practically EVERYTHING a retrospective tool for a remote teams needs to be, look and feel like. Excellent for getting those creative juices flowing

TeamRetro is great for facilitating and participating in brainstorms with my teammates, especially if everyone is working remotely. We're able to throw all of our ideas under different topics, comment/expand on each others' thoughts, then vote on our favorites. The slickest online retro tool I’ve used

It's genuinely enjoyable to use. Retros flow smoothly, interactivity is shown in real time. Running effective retros when people are working remotely is a challenge it solves well... we have also used it when the team is in the same room.

TeamRetro is one of my best examples of good software!

We successfully use TeamRetro to organize Sprint Retrospectives for distributed teams. The tool fits very well because it requires minimum learning effort and delivers the expected result. I have never heard negative feedback about this tool and rather see a constantly growing interest from the individuals and departments who encounter and try the tool in our organization. Also, the sign-on (if required) is a simple one-two clicks procedure...the "tool" does not dominate the conversation and does what it supposed to do.

Helpful for retros with remote employees

Since we've been using this tool, it's become very easy for everybody to participate easily, and we're killing fewer post-it trees. Plus, it's really intuitive and easy to use.

...They have a lot of different retro options depending on your team... we mostly use this for our remote team members. Previously used stick-it notes and it was really hard for them to see & participate that way. This is a great alternative.
