How do I run a voting round or collect feedback?

In Metro Retro, voting is limited to standard rounds where participants can anonymously vote on items during a session.

In contrast, TeamRetro offers a far more flexible and customizable voting experience. Facilitators can run dot voting, set the number of votes per person or per idea, allow unlimited facilitator votes, and enable independent voting to reduce bias. Votes are tallied and can be presented in order of most voted.
