Do surveys remain anonymous?

In Echometer, feedback is anonymous by default—especially during retrospectives and peer feedback. When team members (peers) give feedback, their names are hidden and responses are grouped so no one can tell who said what. However, if a manager gives feedback, their name might be visible depending on how the session is set up.

On the other hand, TeamRetro offers 3 options when it comes to anonymous feedback. One is fully named where all names are displayed. The next is alias, where pseudo-avatars are given to participants, and the last is fully anonymous.
