Reglas del Juego \u00c1gil de la tableta de chocolate<\/h3>\n

El objetivo es una simulaci\u00f3n de Scrum en la que debe crear una tableta de chocolate que sea lo m\u00e1s atractiva posible para sus clientes dentro de un conjunto determinado de restricciones.<\/p>\n

The rules are as follows<\/p>\n

    \n
  • For each team, there should be a designated Product Owner. De lo contrario, para un grupo peque\u00f1o, cada persona es su propio product owner.<\/li>\n
  • There is an iteration round (3 minutes) and a feedback round (1min) for each phase.<\/li>\n
  • There are at least 3 phases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Gather the team and provide the goals and instructions.<\/p>\n

    Set a timer for 3 minutes and each team or person creates an example of a chocolate bar they think their customers would love. They can draw this out with as much or as little detail as possible for the \u201cPlate of DOD (Definition of Done, or Done and delivered).\u201d<\/p>\n

    Then they have 1 minute to present what they have on their plate and get feedback from the rest of the group, who will act as customers. Customers can request changes or simply provide feedback.<\/p>\n

    Each phase is repeated until the allotted time elapses.<\/p>\n

    • How useful was the feedback from customers, and how did you improve the feedback asked for from each round?<\/li>\n

    • If you didn\u2019t measure customer value, why not?<\/li>\n

      Variations to the Chocolate Bar game<\/h3>\n

      You can vary to this challenge by<\/p>\n

      • Adding a score from each customer each round on their likelihood to buy the chocolate bar.<\/li>\n
      • Allowing or not allowing the design team to listen to customer feedback sessions (e.g., just the product owner gets the feedback).<\/li>\n
      • Adding constraints to the design of the chocolate, such as materials or size.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
